Vaccine Injury Claims are not handled in the same manner as other claims for bodily injury. Instead, vaccine injury claims are handled through the federally funded National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, and only attorneys admitted to practice before the Vaccine Court are qualified to handle those claims. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program provides monetary awards to parties injured by one or more vaccinations who meet certain requirements, and also pays the attorneys’ fees incurred by the injured party pursuing a claim in the Vaccine Court. We serve clients located in ALL 50 States!
The types of vaccines that are included under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program include, but are not limited to, the following:
flu/seasonal influenza shot
vaccines for measles, mumps and rubella
chickenpox (varicella) vaccines
